My Racing Mind & Anxious Body
My mind had endless thought loops of shame, guilt, unworthiness. I spent years questioning my actions and did not feel like I was “being” the person I truly wanted to be. I discovered holistic practices that supported my ability to see the root. To discover the origin of the pains so I could begin to heal. I knew as a mother I wanted more, I needed to discover the underlying causes so I could love my family fully, raise beautifully happy children that did not have to relive my karma.
